Hangzhou Zhemao Prestressing Force Co., Ltd established in2002, is a professional manufacturer, engaging in research, development and manufacture of pre-stressed anchorages. Our products include anchorage, PC strand, embedded steel plate etc. They are designed properly, good-looking, easy and safe for construction. Capacity has reached 30, 000, 000 holes/year for anchorage and 100, 000 tons/year for steel strand and 30, 000 tons/year for embedded steel plate.
Head office of the company is located in the High & New Technology Industry Garden, Fuyang, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. The company covers an area of more than 100, 000 square meters. It has been continuously developing, creating and widening up to 5 factories with 400 staff. The Research Institute of new products has more than 30 senior staff.
The anchorage has passed the required tests of Inspecting Center of the Ministry of Communications, Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of the Ministry of Railways, State Architectural Research Institute Inspection Center, Zhejiang University, Tongji University, Southeast University and Xi′an Jiaotong University Inspection Center, in compliance to standards of "GB/T14370-2007". Morover, the technical criteria of our QVM series anchorages has reached domestic advanced level. Embedded steel plates have also passed the tight laboratories tested by the well-know lab centers of China. The company now has several continuous assembly lines and test centers operating with aims to ensure the quality of products.
The requirements on management and construction have been established in compliance to ISO 9001: 2008. As a result, the company was granted "New products of QVM 15 Series" certificate by Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Agency. In 2006, it was invited by China Academy of Building Research to participate in adjusting the standard of pre-stressed anchorages. Up to September of 2007, it took honor to be invited by Railways Ministry Scientific Research Institute to participate in adjusting the standard of pre-stressed anchorage for railway. It has been certified as "preserving prestige and respecting contract enterprise" and level AAA by Ministry of Transportation. In addition, it had been certified as "Excellent Supplier for Hangzhou Bay Sea-crossing Bridge". We have supplied anchorages to a great many special projects in China such as "Beijing to Shanghai high-speed railway""Beijing to Tianjin high-speed railway", "Shanghai to Hangzhou high-speed railway", "Hefei to Wuhan railway" etc., and won the high praise.
